Was genuinely moved to happy tears after being seen by Dr. Kasiri and others in this practice! The degree of care I received as a new referral patient was astounding after battling with painful broken teeth for the past three months! Traveling from 2 hours away and I am so grateful! Where my original dentist had me wait 2 months to be seen and then referred me to an endodontist who was not in my network...THIS practice welcomed me and sent me DIRECTLY to an oral surgeon that very moment! Tomorrow, my pain will be abated! Referred to a surgeon in my insurance network! I was treated with such kindness and empathy by Greater Richmond Dentistry! Imagine being seen immediately so that I would not need to make the trip another time! IMAGINE THAT DEGREE OF CARE! The team took this upon themselves to go and find some help RIGHT AWAY! I love this office, they are very professional and very kind. Their manager Amanda is very informative and friendly. If you are "clueless" about payment options, and things of that nature, she will describe everything in detail and you'll leave knowledgeable. The staff is also very patient, and does not start any serious work until you are fully numb. They follow our lead. If they give you numbing, but you can still feel it, they will immediately stop and give ypu more numbing. I had a great experience with my root canals and crown placement.
